Subscription FAILED - Product: AVG TuneUp

AVG is trying to take money from my account a month or so faster. 

This is not normal. They didn't even send a warning email.

No problem. I canceled the subscription!!


I went to the AVG website to see what the subscription renewal rule is and here's what it says there


If your subscription status is Subscribed, you don’t need to do anything. At the next payment date, we’ll automatically bill you and your subscription will continue. (We’ll always email you a reminder with the price you’ll pay and the option to cancel your subscription beforehand.)


If your subscription status is Expiring, you’ll need to renew it yourself by clicking the Renew now button that appears 30 days before expiration. This will take you to our checkout to complete your purchase.
